CS Nisha Tiwari
Building a simpler, more practical approach to corporate compliance.
Nisha Tiwari began her professional journey within India's capital market institutions, working with BSE Clearing Limited (BSE Group) and CDSL in compliance and legal functions, including serving as Interim Compliance Officer at CDSL.
Her experience in highly regulated organisations shaped her understanding of how effective compliance systems work, not simply by responding to notices, but by establishing processes that help prevent compliance issues in the first place.
She later founded Nisha Tiwari & Associates with a simple objective: make corporate law easier to understand and more practical for the people building businesses.
Today, the firm supports businesses with company secretarial services, corporate compliance, governance and regulatory advisory.
